POLICY.
Performance Print Works (“PPW,” “we,” or “us”) respects the information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about it.
Information we receive
When you request a quote or use a configurator, you may give us your name, organization, email, phone number, project description, dimensions, quantity, timing, delivery ZIP, colors, print choices, artwork and other notes you choose to share. The Performance Floors request accepts optional JPG, PNG or PDF artwork. Submitted artwork is stored privately with your inquiry in PPW OPS and is available to authorized PPW staff for review. Please do not upload sensitive personal information. Other website request forms do not accept artwork-file uploads yet. Marketing updates are optional and require a separate choice.
Our hosting and security services may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and basic request logs needed to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond to you, prepare quotes and proofs, coordinate approved orders, provide support, keep project records, and prevent duplicate submissions. Requests submitted through this website are sent to PPW's internal operations pipeline for team review. A website inquiry does not automatically become a production order or enroll you in marketing.
Designer and service providers
The Team & Apparel Designer is provided through 2HE and may collect information when you choose to use it. Its checkout and design experience may have its own notices. We also use service providers for website hosting, inquiry handling, communications, payment processing, and fulfillment where needed. They receive information needed to provide those services.
Browser storage
The shirt configurator temporarily saves your in-progress choices in your browser session so you can move between steps. After a successful submission, the site stores a confirmation reference in that session. The PPW pages in this launch do not include a separate advertising tracker; the embedded designer may use its own browser technologies.
Sharing, security, and retention
We do not sell personal information. We may share information to fulfill your request, work with service providers, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights. We use reasonable safeguards, though no online system is risk-free. We keep information as reasonably needed for projects, support, reorders, business records, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can decline optional marketing messages and unsubscribe from them later. Depending on where you live, you may be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact us to make a request.
Children and changes
Our services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy and will post the revised date here.
