SHIRT PROGRAM
TERMS.

These terms describe the Essential, Impact, Bold, and UNBOUND program shown in the builder. Please contact PPW if your project needs something outside these options.

What the program covers

Essential starts at 36 shirts with one printed color on each side. Impact starts at 48 with up to two colors on each side. Bold starts at 72 with up to three colors on each side. These levels use approved Gildan 64000 short-sleeve colors, one selected front placement (wearer's left chest, center chest, or wearer's right chest), and a required full-back print. Existing placement limits remain in effect while final production specifications are confirmed.

UNBOUND starts at 6 shirts and uses full-garment sublimation with short- or long-sleeve options. Individual names and numbers, artwork help, and standard shipping are included. Requests outside these options—including other garments, additional print locations, or quantities below the applicable minimum—are welcome as custom projects and will receive separate pricing.

Pricing and shipping

The builder shows the current program price based on the selections entered. Plus-size additions appear where applicable. Artwork assistance, screen charges, and setup fees are included in the displayed program price; PPW does not add separate charges for those items in an eligible program order. Essential and Impact orders below 72 shirts have $36 flat standard shipping; printed-program orders at 72 or more ship free. UNBOUND includes standard shipping at every quantity. These shipping terms apply to one delivery in the continental United States. Expedited or split shipments and applicable taxes, if any, will be discussed before an order is confirmed.

Proof and production

Submitting the builder starts a PPW review; it does not place a final order or authorize production. PPW will confirm garment availability, artwork, final pricing, and timing. The target is to send a proof within 2–3 business days after receiving enough information to prepare it. Production starts only after you approve the proof and confirm the order with PPW. Production and delivery dates are confirmed separately.

Artwork

You can describe your design in the builder, and PPW will arrange to collect any artwork or reference files during follow-up. By providing artwork, you confirm that you have permission to use it for your project. You keep ownership of artwork you supply unless you agree otherwise in writing.

Questions or changes
